Eating Vegetarian On Dining Dollars

For those of you who are vegetarians, this is the post for you!

As a vegetarian, I went into college expecting to survive on salads. But after spending way too many dining dollars, I realized there are way more vegetarian options than you’d expect.

TOWN CENTER COLD PRESSED:

Located right below Sadler in Lodge 1, Town Center Cold Pressed has a variety of foods that are vegetarian friendly!

Bagels:

These options are great for breakfast and elevate the usual bagel and cream cheese combo. And the best part – you can totally customize the bagel flavor, spreads, and even the toppings! You can also decide if you want only one side or both.

  1. Strawberries & Cream: Blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese, fresh sliced strawberries, and banana
  2. Maple Cinnamon Espresso: French toast bagel, banana maple nut spread, espresso dust, cinnamon, and honey powder
  3. Berries & Matcha: Blueberry bagel, matcha cream cheese, sliced strawberries, fresh blueberries, and toasted sesame seeds
  4. S’mores: French toast bagel, toasted marshmallow cream cheese, mini chocolate morsels, and graham cracker crumbs
  5. Southwest: Everything bagel, whipped avocado cream cheese, taco dust, tortilla chip crunches, salsa puree, scallions

As someone who loves everything bagels and avocados, I customize every single option – and it’s super easy!
